Caesar Chiarodia is a prominent leader in the 3rd Street Mafia, having risen to prominence after masterminding their takeover of Twelfth Street. This inspired leadership saw him granted the title of Grandfather, a rare honour for someone outside the family, and effectively given full control over the new protection racket - one of the most profitable in the organisation.
A slick and intelligent operator, Chiarodia approaches problems with cold analysis and careful consideration, dismantling his opponents with a bewildering flurry of small-scale manoeuvres. Indeed, 3rd Street’s recent ascendancy in Neo-Atlantica’s gangland owes itself considerably to his formidable tactical and strategic acumen.
Chiarodia closely relies on the services Rahzell Yalsom, a former Safariland hunter who has since become one of 3rd Street’s most formidable enforcers.
Abilities
Chiarodia is a leader, not a fighter, though he is an impressively good shot with his old hunting rifle. Still, his primary skills are as a strategist, a field in which he is almost unmatched on High Atlantic, with only the likes of JT running him close.
Chiarodia is almost entirely unaugmented, though he has been fitted with a Neural Link.
Appearance
Chiarodia is a man of middle-age, always clean-shaven, with short, slicked-back hair and a penchant for dark, tight-fitting suits. He wears an armoured overcoat while walking the streets and is famed for his collection of slightly garish ties and matching scarves.
