Halar is a Lohkan mercenary based in Neo-Atlantica, best known for his albino-white skin and the horrific wounds inflicted by his signature Flechette Cannon. He is a cruel and savage fighter, totally lacking in empathy and obsessed only with material gain, having a particular preference for silver jewellery and rare meats.
He flits between gangs regularly: while his services are highly desirable, they are also incredibly expensive and few have the means or the will to keep him around for long. While available to a given organisation, their rivals will be rightly cautious about incurring his wrath.
